Changed your mind? No worries — we've got you covered.

Before Shipping

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.
• To cancel, email mkravi780@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp 6299407884 with your order ID.

Refund After Cancellation

• Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• COD orders cancelled before dispatch will receive store credit.

When Cancellation Is Not Possible

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery.
• Customised or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
