Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Window:
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. -
Eligible Products:
Items must be:- Unused and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags intact
- In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:- Innerwear, lingerie, socks
- Personal care products
- Perishable goods
- Items marked as “Non-Returnable”
Exchange Policy
- We offer easy exchanges for size, color, or defective items.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refund Policy
- Once your return is picked up and inspected, we will initiate your refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund Methods:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer or store credit
Return Shipping

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Return shipping will be free of cost. -
For other reasons (size issue, change of mind):
A small return shipping fee may be deducted.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible (you can still request a return after delivery).

- Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank/payment provider.
- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
- In case of any dispute, our decision will be final.
