 Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Window:
    You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Eligible Products:
    Items must be:
    • Unused and unwashed
    • In original condition with all tags intact
    • In original packaging
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
    • Innerwear, lingerie, socks
    • Personal care products
    • Perishable goods
    • Items marked as “Non-Returnable”

Exchange Policy

  • We offer easy exchanges for size, color, or defective items.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refund Policy

  • Once your return is picked up and inspected, we will initiate your refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Methods:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer or store credit

 Return Shipping

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
    Return shipping will be free of cost.
  • For other reasons (size issue, change of mind):
    A small return shipping fee may be deducted.

 Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible (you can still request a return after delivery).

 Important Notes

  • Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank/payment provider.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
  • In case of any dispute, our decision will be final.
