 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Once processed, your order will be dispatched promptly.
  • You will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once your order is shipped.

 Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days across India
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier partner

Note: Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.


 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹799
  • A flat shipping fee of ₹59 is applicable on orders below ₹799

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on most serviceable locations across India
  • A COD charge of ₹49 may be applied
  • Please ensure availability at the delivery address to receive the order

 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email
  • You can track your order in real-time until delivery

 Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes
  • Weather conditions
  • Courier partner issues
  • Unexpected situations beyond our control

 Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete
  • Juvitra is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect address details
  • Re-shipping charges may apply for failed deliveries

 Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order is received in a damaged condition or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Kindly share photos/videos for quick resolution
