 Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Once processed, your order will be dispatched promptly.
- You will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once your order is shipped.
 Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days across India
- Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier partner
Note: Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
 Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹799
- A flat shipping fee of ₹59 is applicable on orders below ₹799
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on most serviceable locations across India
- A COD charge of ₹49 may be applied
- Please ensure availability at the delivery address to receive the order
 Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email
- You can track your order in real-time until delivery

 Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

- Re-shipping charges may apply for failed deliveries

- If your order is received in a damaged condition or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
