Eligibility

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

How to Request an Exchange

1. Email mkravi780@gmail.com or WhatsApp 6299407884 with your order ID, item details, and reason for exchange.
2. Our team will guide you through the process within 24–48 hours.

Exchange Conditions

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.
• Items purchased during sales or with discount codes are eligible for size/colour exchange only.
