Eligibility for Returns
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or opened are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
